By signing up for and using AirWX, you agree to the following terms.

1. Advisory Data Only

AirWX provides advisory-only weather data. This data is not certified, not verified for accuracy, and is not approved for use as the sole source for flight planning or any safety-of-flight decision. You are responsible for verifying conditions before flight using official, certified sources.

2. No Warranty

AirWX is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. AirWX makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or continuity of service. Hardware sensors may fail, network outages may occur, and data may be delayed or missing.

3. Operator Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup, including your station's location, elevation, and sensor configuration. Providing incorrect data may produce misleading weather readings for pilots using your station.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AirWX to publish false, misleading, or deliberately incorrect weather data. You may not use AirWX for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

5. Termination

AirWX reserves the right to terminate or suspend service for any account at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of AirWX after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
